Leading the Way to Innovation
The Earth's magnetic field contains a rich substructure known as the anomaly field arising from magnetized crustal deposits. Our technologies exploit this phenomenon to provide GPS-independent PNT services in a wide variety of environments, surface, low-altitude, marine, and submarine.
Navigators have used the stars for millenia to sail beyond sight of land. Traditionally, practice has been limited to good visibility, low-cloud-cover conditions. Our GRADIANT system uses radiofrequency emission from celestial objects to provide GPS-independent navigation in any weather environment.
The "IS" in Navigationis stands for "instruments and systems". The company was formed with the goal to provide technology solutions to military and industrial customers who require bulletproof position, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems. We approach these customer needs with novel systems spanning a broad range of sensor technologies that include new capabilities from satellite navigation, celestial navigation, and geomagnetic sensing to fit specific customer needs such as SWaPC constraints or operation in sub-surface environments where satellite navigation is not available.
We envision a world where everyone can navigate with confidence and peace of mind, even when GPS is unavailable or compromised.
We are committed to protecting the integrity and reliability of position, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems across industrial and defense sectors. We aim to minimize the risks and impacts of PNT disruptions on critical operations and infrastructure.
