Kael Hanson, CEO
Dr. Kael Hanson has a PhD in Experimental Particle Astrophysics. He has proven leadership skills as Director, Project Management, and Earned Value Management of over $100 million dollar large-scale scientific projects around the world including the South Pole. His tech skills include measurement instrumentation, firmware/software systems, and sensor data acquisition systems.
Teresa Hanson, COO
Teresa Hanson, has an AAS in Small Business Management. She’s a serial small business entrepreneur and has worked in business management for the past 30+ years. Her life experiences and skills include all aspects of business operations, account management, logistics, customer service, contract negotiations, sales, marketing, networking, community relations, and mentoring.
Paul Dearhouse, CTO
Paul Dearhouse is a citizen of Kahnawake Mohawk Territory and Anishinaabe descent. He received his BS and MS Degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Michigan State University and the University of California at Berkeley, respectively. His passion lies in connecting Native Communities to resources that support community goals and self-determination. Paul has helped diverse organizations such as Government agencies and laboratories, Universities, non-profit, and for-profit companies design and implement programs and projects in these areas.
